SparkLane is a career readiness platform that provides tools including:

• Career and work-style assessments
• Interview practice and simulation tools
• AI-generated feedback and readiness insights
• Tools for individuals, mentors, and organizations to support career preparation

SparkLane is not a job board, staffing service, or recruitment agency and does not guarantee employment or hiring outcomes.

• You must be at least 16 years of age to use SparkLane.
• If you are accessing SparkLane through an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring the accuracy of information you provide

Spark Labz Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

SparkLane assessments and feedback are designed for educational and developmental purposes only.

They do not:

• Diagnose personality traits or mental health conditions
• Determine job suitability or employability
• Serve as predictive hiring or performance tools

Insights are intended to support self-reflection, preparation, and coaching.

SparkLane uses artificial intelligence to analyze interview practice sessions, including:

• Spoken responses
• Written responses
• Communication patterns
• Behavioral signals

AI-generated feedback is informational only and should not be interpreted as definitive evaluation or professional advice.

When using interview practice features, you consent to the recording and processing of:

• Audio
• Video
• Text responses

These recordings are used solely to provide feedback and improve the SparkLane experience. Users may delete interview sessions at any time.

Spark Labz Inc. does not sell or license interview recordings.

If SparkLane is accessed through a mentorship program, employer, or workforce organization:

• Authorized administrators may view readiness insights and progress
• Raw interview recordings are not shared unless explicitly permitted

All platform content, assessments, algorithms, AI models, and software are the intellectual property of Spark Labz Inc.

Users may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of SparkLane.

SparkLane does not guarantee:

• Interviews
• Employment offers
• Career advancement

Spark Labz Inc. is not liable for decisions made based on SparkLane feedback or insights.

Spark Labz Inc. may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
